The Building Commissioning Association’s Eastern Canada Chapter is now accepting abstracts for the 2024 NCBFO Conference. This year’s conference is being held at Trinity College on the University of Toronto campus in downtown Toronto on Tuesday June 11th and Wednesday June 12th.

NCBFO 2024 is the leading forum for individuals interested in the continuous improvement in operations of buildings and facilities. The theme for this year is “The Value of Commissioning: Investing in a Better Building”.

Welcome to the National Conference on Building and Facility Operations
It is my great pleasure to welcome you to the 2024 National Conference on Building and Facility Operations in Toronto!
The Building Commissioning Association’s Eastern Canadian Chapter is proud to host this special conference for industry professionals and we are ecstatic to finally see our colleagues in person again this year. We recognize that industry while still focused on indoor air quality, decarbonization, energy utilization, and electrification, that the underlying need has and will always be making sure buildings work and perform.
This year’s theme for the conference is “The Value of Commissioning: Investing in a Better Building”. The conference again is a two day event in the capital of Toronto and we are thrilled to have a line-up of industry experts and exhibitors to discuss the leading innovations and best practices related to this industry shift. Whether it is for new construction or existing building, there are a lot of lessons to be learned and many of us are excited to share stories and insight face to face.
